Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt (Badrinath Ki Dulhania’s)

Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan made their debut with Karan Johar’s Student of The Year and also established a wonderful chemistry in Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania. Well, the duo is all set for their next film Badrinath Ki Dulhania.

As Alia and Varun are busy shooting for the film, recent updates keep flowing from their social media and fan pages. Varun, who seems to be in dear love with the Prisma filter, shared a picture on his Instagram. The actor is seen having a hair cut and looks instance with his bruised eye. Dharma Productions’ Badrinath Ki Dulhania is directed by Shashank Khaitan. Alia Bhatt, the leading lady of the film had recently shared another picture where both she and Varun are standing, deep in thoughts. She captioned the image as: Prep time for Badri and the Dulhania#badrinathkidulhania #ShootLife.

After finishing their Dream Team Tour, the duo seems to be putting in their heart and soul for Badrinath Ki Dulhania to recreate their magic on the screen and doing everything possible for the same.

A fan club also got to capture the roadie side of Varun while he remained caught up with the shooting of the film. The actor is seen riding a bike and is seen in his new hair do post his hair cut that he shared.

Earlier too, Varun had shared his look for this film and informed that he has changed his gym regime to pep up for the role. About the film, Alia had said: While Badrinath Ki Dulhania is also a love story, the setting and characters are different from those in the first movie Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya.

“The film is not a sequel, it’s not a continuation. It’s a franchise. It’s a different story, it has another person and dulhania with a common thread that’s a love story,” Alia added, in an interaction.

Badrinath Ki Dulhania is scheduled to hit the theatres, in March, 2017.
